Ve\u013ek\u00e1 v\u010faka pri nap\u013a\u0148an\u00ed stanoven\u00fdch cie\u013eov patr\u00ed samozrejme predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na\u0161\u00edm dozorov\u00fdm pracovn\u00edkom v r\u00e1mci celej Slovenskej republiky, ktor\u00ed akt\u00edvne vyh\u013ead\u00e1vaj\u00fa neleg\u00e1lne zariadenia a dohliadaj\u00fa na plnenie v\u0161etk\u00fdch z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnosti zo strany leg\u00e1lnych prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eov. Za prv\u00fd \u0161tvr\u0165rok 2023 vykonali zamestnanci \u00daRHH 437 kontrol zameran\u00fdch na boj proti neleg\u00e1lnym hazardn\u00fdm hr\u00e1m v podobe kv\u00edzomatov a \u0165a\u017ebomatov, s cie\u013eom zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 ich \u010fal\u0161iemu prev\u00e1dzkovaniu. Ako v tejto s\u00favislosti \u010falej uviedol gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e \u00daRHH: \u201e<em>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 systematick\u00e1 kontroln\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 neleg\u00e1lnych prev\u00e1dzok m\u00e1 svoje opodstatnenie a prin\u00e1\u0161a svoje v\u00fdsledky, ke\u010f\u017ee v porovnan\u00ed s rokom 2022 sa v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euje po\u010det zisten\u00fdch neleg\u00e1lnych zariaden\u00ed na trhu. Vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie neleg\u00e1lnych prev\u00e1dzok a zais\u0165ovanie neleg\u00e1lnych pr\u00edstrojov m\u00e1 tak prevent\u00edvny charakter a v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku vedie k ochrane spolo\u010dnosti, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm mladistv\u00fdch a rizikov\u00fdch skup\u00edn os\u00f4b, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00e9 z \u00fa\u010dasti na hazardn\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V zmysle z\u00e1kona o hazardn\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch sa v mal\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzkach, ak\u00fdmi s\u00fa, napr\u00edklad, pohostinstv\u00e1, nesm\u00fa v\u00fdhern\u00e9 pr\u00edstroje prev\u00e1dzkova\u0165. V\u00fdhern\u00e9 zariadenia s sm\u00fa prev\u00e1dzkova\u0165 v\u00fdlu\u010dne len v herniach alebo v kas\u00ednach. Ka\u017ed\u00fd hern\u00fd pr\u00edstroj mus\u00ed ma\u0165 udelen\u00fa licenciu \u00daRHH. Prev\u00e1dzkovanie hazardnej hry bez udelenej alebo vydanej licencie je zak\u00e1zan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/winsider.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/urhh-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3171\" width=\"1069\" height=\"714\"\/><figcaption>ZDROJ: urhh.sk<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00darad pre regul\u00e1ciu hazardn\u00fdch hier okrem kontrol dodr\u017eiavania povinnost\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00facich zo z\u00e1kona na mieste, vykon\u00e1va dozor aj na dia\u013eku. V prvom kvart\u00e1li tohto roku hovor\u00edme o takmer 90 % n\u00e1raste takto vykon\u00e1van\u00fdch kontrol oproti rovnak\u00e9mu obdobiu minul\u00e9ho roka. T\u00e1to forma dozoru umo\u017e\u0148uje efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie skontrolova\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed po\u010det prev\u00e1dzok, a to bez fyzick\u00e9ho opustenia miesta pracoviska v\u010faka online pr\u00edstupom na server prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eov hazardn\u00fdch hier.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K celkov\u00e9mu n\u00e1rastu efektivity vykon\u00e1van\u00fdch dozorov za obdobie 2022-2023 prispelo aj zriadenie \u0161pecializovan\u00e9ho oddelenia pre dozor nad internetov\u00fdmi hazardn\u00fdmi hrami, ktor\u00fd vznikol 01.11.2022. \u00dalohou \u0161pecializovan\u00e9ho oddelenia je predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00fdkon doh\u013eadu nad licencovan\u00fdmi internetov\u00fdmi hazardn\u00fdmi hrami, ako aj vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zamedzenie pr\u00edstupu na neleg\u00e1lne webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky prev\u00e1dzkuj\u00face alebo propaguj\u00face hazardn\u00e9 hry bez licencie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00darad pre regul\u00e1ciu hazardn\u00fdch hier (\u00daRHH) vykonal za prv\u00fd \u0161tvr\u0165rok 2023 celkovo 2511 dozorov, \u010do je o 201 viac ako v rovnakom obdob\u00ed minul\u00e9ho roka.
