Z\u00e1kon tie\u017e v\u00fdslovne zakazuje udeli\u0165 licenciu podniku, ktor\u00fd sa v priebehu piatich rokov odo d\u0148a podania \u017eiadosti podie\u013eal na prev\u00e1dzkovan\u00ed nelicencovan\u00fdch (neleg\u00e1lnych) hazardn\u00fdch hier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kon stanovil pre prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eov poplatok za podanie \u017eiadosti vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 10 mili\u00f3nov HUF (23 000 GBP\/ 26 000 EUR\/ 29 000 USD). Okrem toho musia ma\u0165 podniky z\u00e1kladn\u00fd kapit\u00e1l vo v\u00fd\u0161ke najmenej 1 miliardy HUF, zaplati\u0165 licen\u010dn\u00fd poplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 600 mili\u00f3nov HUF &#8211; ako aj zaplati\u0165 poplatok za doh\u013ead a da\u0148 z hazardn\u00fdch hier vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 2,5%, resp. 15% z hrub\u00fdch pr\u00edjmov z hazardn\u00fdch hier. Tri ma\u010farsk\u00e9 kamenn\u00e9 kas\u00edna maj\u00fa tie\u017e povolenie pon\u00faka\u0165 online kas\u00edno prostredn\u00edctvom viazanej licencie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SZTFH vykon\u00e1va zmeny a&nbsp;doplnenia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V janu\u00e1ri 2023 Ma\u010farsko zaviedlo \u010fal\u0161ie pr\u00e1vne predpisy, ktor\u00fdmi sa men\u00ed a dop\u013a\u0148a z\u00e1kon o hazardn\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch v krajine, a to zaveden\u00edm viacer\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch technick\u00fdch zmien s cie\u013eom liberalizova\u0165 nov\u00fd trh s hazardn\u00fdmi hrami. Predt\u00fdm z\u00e1kon obmedzoval mo\u017enos\u0165 hr\u00e1\u010da ma\u0165 u jedn\u00e9ho prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013ea len jeden zostatok. Pod\u013ea nov\u00fdch pravidiel m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk viacero zostatkov spojen\u00fdch s ka\u017edou hrou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okrem in\u00fdch zmien pr\u00e1vne predpisy tie\u017e umo\u017enili podnikom poskytn\u00fa\u0165 pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eom mo\u017enos\u0165 pred\u010dasn\u00e9ho v\u00fdberu pe\u0148az\u00ed, ak je hra takto navrhnut\u00e1. Pod\u013ea textu sa na cash out maj\u00fa vz\u0165ahova\u0165 rovnak\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 a obmedzenia, ktor\u00fdmi sa riadi vypl\u00e1canie v\u00fdhier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka regula\u010dn\u00e9ho org\u00e1nu vykon\u00e1va novozmenen\u00fd z\u00e1kon o hazardn\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch na \u00farovni \u0161t\u00e1tneho org\u00e1nu.
