Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen (Cruks) je holandsk\u00e1 platforma na samovyl\u00fa\u010denie, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje hr\u00e1\u010dom, ktor\u00ed utrpeli \u0161kodu z hazardn\u00fdch hier, da\u0165 sa na \u010diernu listinu, ktor\u00e1 im br\u00e1ni v pr\u00edstupe na ur\u010dit\u00e9 str\u00e1nky po\u010das vopred ur\u010den\u00e9ho obdobia, ktor\u00e9 si u\u017e\u00edvate\u013e s\u00e1m stanov\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KSA u\u017e v minulosti zasiahla proti tak\u00fdmto prev\u00e1dzkam, pri\u010dom v decembri 2021 prijala opatrenia proti 15 affiliate str\u00e1nkam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integr\u00e1cia Cruks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea ustanoven\u00ed z\u00e1kona o hazardn\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch na dia\u013eku, ktor\u00fd stanovil podmienky regula\u010dn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu pre trh pred jeho spusten\u00edm 1. okt\u00f3bra 2021, musia ma\u0165 v\u0161etky leg\u00e1lne ponuky integr\u00e1ciu Cruks ako podmienku svojej licencie.
